The Hook Magazine is a student interest magazine produced by and for ECU students by Student media. I am Pirate Media's production manager and therefore take part in designing both newspaper and magazine spreads, while also managing a team of other designers. I work hand-in-hand with reporters, editors, and designers to produce a weekly newspaper, The East Carolinian, as well as magazines such as The Hook, Pirate Preview, Rebel, and Expressions. The magazine shown on this page was completed by myself, Ava Streithorst, and Nathan Flythe.
